The resident was working on frozen pipes when the electrical tape caught fire beneath the trailer. The resident was able to evacuate his daughter and dog safely. Burglary. A Minneapolis man was arrested at Thom Drive and Cleveland Avenue for burglarizing a business in the 3800 block of Cleveland Avenue. The man drove off in a white van, but his vehicle got stuck in a snow bank.
