Deputies caught three suspects after a resident in the area called 911 about a group of kids who were throwing snowballs at vehicles. The resident was working on frozen pipes when the electrical tape caught fire beneath the trailer. The resident was able to evacuate his daughter and dog safely. Burglary. A Minneapolis man was arrested at Thom Drive and Cleveland Avenue for burglarizing a business in the 3800 block of Cleveland Avenue. The man drove off in a white van, but his vehicle got stuck in a snow bank.
