Hip-Hop Rumors: Rihanna Goes Nude! Nas To Get Dropped Over N-Word ...

I do find it interesting that they take this stance, because all Def Jam rap albums are laced with variations of the N-Word. Still, an album of that name is sure a pretty powerful statement, however Nas intends to present it. Maybe this is the beginning of a different regime in rap? NOT! Tell me your thoughts on this matter.

If this is true, is Def Jam right or wrong for allegedly threatening Nas with independence if he names his album N***r? (Shout out to Clarence for the tip.)

UNCLE MURDER GOT SHOT!?

Yeah, he got shot, but it wasn't too TOO bad, because he's been doing interviews and radio. Still, getting shot is getting shot.

THE HEALTHY PLATE: Hearty, healthy, and yummy, maple-pumpkin dinner ...

Warm, fresh rolls improve nearly any meal, which can make it awfully tempting to grab some at the grocer. That is, until you look at the label and see all the mysterious, unpronounceable ingredients.Fortunately, baking dinner rolls at home doesn't have to be a chore. And besides knowing every ingredient that goes into the dough, you also get the joy of filling your home with the aroma of freshly baked bread. This recipe for maple-pumpkin dinner rolls is easily prepared in any moderate to large food processor, though you also can make the dough in a stand mixer with a dough hook or by hand. The rolls bake up moist and tender, though the recipes calls for minimal added fat. Canned, unseasoned pumpkin puree adds plenty of moisture, along with autumnal flavor and beautiful color.Maple syrup, rather than refined sugars, gives the rolls a delicate, earthy sweetness.

Villanova Gets Hosed by Refs in Final 0.1

No one can claim that Villanova deserved to win this game. But then, no one could really claim that Georgetown deserved to win either. This was a stinker of a game. Tough to watch. Lots of poor shooting. Plenty of fouls to slow the game to a crawl, and lots of poor play in general. Georgetown got the win 55-53.The final call, is the stuff that breeds conspiracy theories. Put this with the block not goaltending call at West Virginia, and it will only convince more people that the Big East refs are trying to help/protect Georgetown for NCAA seeding. Forget the extreme poor shooting by Villanova. Only 4-31 in the second half, a ridiculous stretch where the Wildcats missed 19 straight shots, and after starting 3-8 on 3s didn't make another 3 in the game (0-15). Villanova was able to stay close because they picked up fouls and Georgetown's poor shooting and turnovers.

Louise Aldrich Bugbee Wrote Well-Liked Column in Gazette

Louise Aldrich Bugbee, whose columns about the Island she so loved enlivened the pages of the Gazette for more than 30 years, died on Sunday in Crystal River, Fla. She was 94. She expressed that love in her writing about cooking, cats, nature, her neighbors on Circuit avenue in Oak Bluffs and in the Camp Ground — and in virtually anything else that captured her fancy.

Over the course of three decades, Mrs. Bugbee wrote some 1,500 On Circuit Avenue and All About the Town and On My Mind columns. As recently as three years ago, she was still writing them, remarking tartly (but with tongue in cheek) that she was jealous of the Louise Aldrich Bugbee Orchid that her orchid-growing son had named for her.

"I’ve worked hard, committed no crimes, accepted a few favors, but never asked anyone to earn my living for me — then that parasite stole my name and will keep it long after anyone remembers me," she wrote on her typewriter.

Boku Super Food: An Astonishing New Premium Superfood Product Reviewed ...

NaturalNews) Let me say emphasize right from the start that NaturalNews has absolutely no financial ties to the product or company I'm about to introduce to you. I've been paid nothing to review this product, and I don't earn a dime off its sale. Nevertheless, I'm incredibly excited to reveal this organic, nutrient-dense greens superfood powder called Boku Super Food. It's simply one of the very best superfood products I've ever seen, and I've been using it myself with outstanding results. It was formulated by Dr. Jameth Sheridan, one of the most revered and widely-recognized experts in superfoods nutrition, and I'm so impressed with the product that I'm awarding it a NaturalNews "Best Product" award.

In my opinion (as you'll see below), this product contains powerful nutritional medicine that can help prevent and even reverse serious diseases that are now devastating our population (like diabetes, heart disease and many others).
